Unifamiliar House in Gaia (Licensing)
- Program database: Type T3 - 3 bedrooms, office, living room, kitchen, 3 WC, Garage, basement and Swimming pool.
- Constructive System: Certified Wood
- Systems and equipment used: natural ventilation, central heating and sanitary water through solar panels heat, electricity production and sales to the public network, Leeds, Barrel to storage water from rains, ETAP - Station water treatment by plant , Geo Swimming pool and ecological foundations.
- Definition: spacial structure similar to the Roman house with interior courtyard, which will serve to unite the family. The final object in its formal aspect adjust to the limitations of the land, strongly promotes the possible internal and external experience of the building.
Rehabilitation and Extension - Rural Tourism in Cinfães (Licensing)
- Base program : building housing for Rural Tourism, composed of a body of 6 new rooms with toilets, reception, technical area and the existing building with common living room, kitchen, cellar and ordering space.
- Constructive System: Adobe reinforced with wood.
- Coatings: Hidraulic Cal, wood certified.
- Systems and equipment used: natural ventilation, central heating and sanitary water through panels solar thermal, Leeds, Barrel to storage water from rains, ETAP - Station water treatment plant by plant, Bio Swimming pool.
- Definition: Taking in account the hight of the building, assuming clearly the new and existing construction, uniting the two bodies through a peak.
Competition Mobility 2007

- Definition: DOMO AGA ... The home of the elderly is the title of this work. The architectural object reflects the silhouette of a child in the womb, symbolizing the birth of something new. Home of the Third age - Sobrado (A previous study)
- Program base: Social Equipment residence for Seniors with a capacity of forty users with permanent social areas, single and couple bedrooms, loading and unloading area, parking places and gardens.
- Constructive System: Adobe strengthened.
- Coatings: Hidráulic Cal, certified wood and garden coverage.
- Systems and equipment used: natural ventilation, heating water and sanitary environment through solar thermal panels, bio rooms, Leeds, Barrel to storage water from rains, ETAP - Station water treatment plant health, hydrotherapy.
- Definition: The organic forms readjust in the natural terrain. The building is designed in a way to materialize the head, heart and hands of a being. The head corresponds to the administrative organs and decision, the heart corresponds to active circulation, coexistence and leisure and finally the hands signify the materialization, action, implementation of tasks.

Draft Theme Park (A previous study)
- Program based on: theme park and teaching with the fundamental elements, greenhouses for production in organic farming, demountable wood support building, of loading and unloading area, production of Mulch, and the route teaching gardens in an perm.
- Constructive System: Wood certified and garden coverage.
- Coating: Wood and plaster cartonated (with recycled paper).
